Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am not even sure what day you are celebrating. It doesn't exist over here but I know it's a lot of eating just before Christmas I guess. Celebrating is goood!!
ReplyDeleteBreugels...Thanksgiving falls on the last Thursday of November. Big holiday here. We traditionally eat a lot (like a Christmas meal) & then the day after is Black Friday which starts the Christmas/Chanukah holiday shopping. I don't know about where you are, but in America sadly we make a bigger deal about getting up & out early on Black Friday to find deals on holiday gifts. Luckily I don't have kids, so I don't have to get up & about so early for my holiday shopping. In fact, I do most of my holiday shopping on-line to avoid the drama of the stores. But getting back to Thanksgiving...I had a great time! Thank you. I spent it w/my brother, sister-in-law & her mom. We have a great time cooking & drinking some wine, then eating, watching movies, having tons of desserts & falling asleep in front of the TV. It's the best time & that's what I'm thankful for every year.
